Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of each business day, however, this may be longer during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, and does not include public holidays and weekends.
Shipping delivery time varies depending on the method, destination, and shipping provider. We do NOT guarantee the shipping provider will deliver your order within the stated delivery speeds.
After your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information. Tracking typically does not update for up to 24–48 hours until the shipping provider has scanned your package.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender," or is deemed undeliverable, we will notify you by email or SMS.
Once returned, we will process a new shipment to the correct address or issue a refund. Be sure to double-check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
Cora Kratom is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery. If you cannot find your package:
SavedBy Package Protection Insurance — During checkout, you may add Package Insurance for a small fee. If your package was insured, file a claim at savedby.io/file-a-claim. If your package was not insured, email support@corakratom.com with your order number.
We're all human! If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please send a clear photo of the product and packing slip to support@corakratom.com and we will make it right.
Must be 21 years or older to purchase kratom. We do not ship to the following US states, counties, and cities where kratom is restricted: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), Union County (NC), Denver (CO), and San Diego (CA).
Kratom is also restricted in the following countries: Australia, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
