Products sold by Cora Kratom may contain Kratom. Pregnant and nursing women should not consume products containing Kratom. Individuals under the age of 21 should not consume products containing Kratom; please keep out of reach of children.

We cannot sell products containing Kratom to residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), San Diego and Oceanside (CA), Alton, Edwardsville, and Jerseyville (IL), Columbus and Union (MS), or Spokane Valley (WA). We also cannot sell to citizens of Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam, or anywhere in the European Union.

You and Cora Kratom may not sue in court, have a trial by jury, or participate in a class action. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and shall take place in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Before initiating arbitration, you must first send a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail to: Cora Herbal Wellness, LLC, 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, ATTN: Legal Department. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may initiate arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: You may only bring claims in your individual capacity and not as a class or representative action. You waive your right to a jury trial.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree that they shall be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
